Judy Hirshburg is a top selling and award-winning real estate consultant, who has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Caldwell, N.J. for the last 18 years. With more than 30 years experience, she has helped hundreds of families with all their real estate needs -- from successfully marketing their houses for the best return on investment or finding the perfect home in the West Essex Area, even in the most difficult marketplace.
Given her hard work, dedication and sheer love for the job, Judy has been consistently recognized with leading industry awards. Among her most recent accolades is the NJAR's Circle of Excellence (Silver Level) 2007, Coldwell Banker's Top Essex County Associate Award, the coveted Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite Award (2004 - for the top 2% of all company agents nationwide), and National Association of Realtors' (NAR) Distinguished Sales Award.
While Judy's knowledge of and experience in the field is uncontested by her peers, she never passes up the opportunity to continue honing her skills. She frequently participates in seminars with the finest real estates coaches nationwide and attends computer classes to be well versed on the latest technology. This allows her to quickly capture every real estate opportunity, enhance her client communications and understand current market conditions to deliver optimal results for her clients.
Prior to finding and living out her true passion, selling real estate, Judy began her sales career by creating her own business as an artist's agent. Representing more than 20 of New Jersey's top talent, she used her keen marketing and negotiating abilities to sell numerous paintings and graphics to major corporations throughout N.J. and NYC. At the pinnacle of this career, she gained the acceptance of several of her clients' work on UNICEF's greeting cards -- a fete not easily accomplished. Previously, Judy was an art teacher in the Pompton Lakes, N.J. school system after receiving a B.A. in Art Education from William Paterson University and then working towards her MA at Montclair State University.
Born and raised in Passaic, N.J., Judy has lived in West Caldwell for more than 35 years and plans to spend many more years in the community she loves and knows well. Along with her husband Phil, who is also a licensed real estate broker, she has two married daughters and three adorable grandchildren. Still an avid admirer of art, architecture and interior design, she spends her personal time (although limited) taking classes in watercolor and acrylic painting.
